Victoria and closing her eyes

This should be quite simple. i have not been able to close Victoria's 4.2 eyes in Poser. I really don't get it.
I have her head selected, when I go to the Parameter panel and try to close her eyes there, under "Morps,Expressions" . "Base" . > "Eyes. Open, Close" nothing happens.
What am I not getting here?

One of the odd things I have found with Poser is that the Preview screen often just freezes. Everything else is OK so you aren't alerted to something being wrong. You twiddle the dials and nothing happens. Perhaps this is happening with you - try other actions or refresh the screen (click on the Render tab and then back onto Preview). Failing that, are you turning the dial to a negative value?

If it isn't a screen freeze it may indicate that you have more than one \Runtime\Libraries\!DAZ\Victoria 4 folder on your system - that can often lead to oddities like this, especially if they don't match exactly.

It's not related to freezing. They eyes stay open no matter what.

How would I find out if I have two "Victorias" installed. I just searched for Victroia 4, but could only find folders that looked like they belonged there.
I wonder if I should uninstall her, see if another "Victoria" is hiding somewhere and after that reinstall her?

I uninstalled, then reinstalled Victoria. Now she is closing her eyes!
