Enabling Keyboard shortcuts in Daz Studio

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I seem to have disabled my keyboard shortcuts - like CTRL-Z for "undo", and CTRL-H for "move to floor". Even the DEL key has stopped working.
Could someone please tell me how I can re-enable them, please?

    Window>Workspace>Customise, click the Import button at lower-left, and in the dialogue that opens select Actions. You can also just use Window>Workspace>Select Layout - I think City Limits Lite is the default.

    That seems to work fine, thanks. But I wonder what I did to disable it?
