Would like a list of the morph adjustments for figures

Very new to rendering, so if this is a confused or elementary question, you all have my apologies. I would like to keep a record of the morph adjustments that I have made to each of my figures. I have searched by every keyword I could think of, but cannot find a way to export a list of the components in a scene or the adjustments that have been made. Is there a secret decoder ring to finding these?

To save (File>Save As>Shaping Preset) or to see which are used (Parameters Pane>Currently Used group)?
