Who to contact if I have an issue with a model?

I purchased the monster bride HD and spikes blow up the model face when I am changing some parameters in the shaping menu. How can I contact the creator to share my issue?

You don’t contact the vendor directly, you open a support ticket in the store (using Help Center link in Help menu).

Part of the agreement vendors have with Daz is that Daz handles support for products, and they contact the creator if needed.
