Animation with full body morphs in unity

I created a custom FBM for my genesis 8 female character exported it and brought it into unity rig was set to humanoid i made a seperate model with animations and no morphs and brought it into unity also, on the model with morphs in the blend shapes if I have the FBM set to 0 and play the animation it's fine but once I change it to 100 the arms rotate at crazy Angle. I've spent the last 5 hours trying to wrap my head around it and I cant figure it out any and all help is appreciated!!
