Backup Product/Category assignments

Hi,
How to I backup current Product/Category assignments? For example, I have an installed Product "XYZ" setup as being part of Category "A". I need to backup that assignment so that I don't have to manually re-apply the assignment upon re-installing the product (if and when I'm doing a clean re-install of DAZ). Thanks.

If you mean the vendor categorisation you would get that when you reisntalled the product, or if you just used a copy of the original installation you could use the Reimport Metadata command. If you mean your own categorisation, you can Export User Data. Both commands can be found in the Content Library option menu (lined button in the top corner, or right-click the tab)>Content DB Maintenance. You can back up the whole CMS database too - that's the Content Cluster directory listed in Edit>Preferences (Daz Studio>Prefrencs for a Mac) in the CMS Settings tab - but make sure you have DS, DIM, and anything else using the CMS closed and no instances of PostgreSQL running before you do so (otherwise soem of the files may reflect different states, which would stop the back-up from working).
I meant my own categorisation. Thanks Richard!
