DAZ Content and Game Development

Howdy Everyone,
I understand that whenever you produce rendered content, you are free to do whatever you want with it. However, if you have to distibute the actual model details (not just a "picture" or "video" of it), you need a different license over the standard one. My question falls in a grey area about this. If an individual DAZ customer were to build and create games that used the DAZ content, but did not sell, or otherwise distibute it to anyone, and was only used for private and personal use, woudl that be allowed? Thanks!

If the game and models never leave your own hard drive then you don’t need an additional license.
As Leana said If you read the EULA you will see that it does state no redistribution without buying the extra licenses. If it is not redistributed then no problems.
