    There is at least one thing known to cause this, which has been reported. I don't, of course, know if that's the same issue as yours (and can't recall the name of the product in question).

    I remembered the product - I forgot the thread. I think it is, or rwas, HippoMan - not sure if there's been an update to fix the issue.
