Hair missing in Alexandra8

The product page for Alexandra8 shows hair on the model, but after installing it, there is no additional Hair asset. Where can I find the hair shown on its product page?

    Thanks. In general, how can one tell what isn't included even if it's shown on a product page?

    By reading the "What's Included and Features" section of the store page.

    A character will almost always be just that, a character.  This is why when the New characters are released there are a base character, a starter bundle and a pro bundle. by checking through those you can see that the hair in question was only included if you bought a bundle.  The format is always the same when it is main characters being released.
