Mcjholdon and a swing

I have a little girl on a swing. It was taking too long to keyframe the hands holding onto the rope while she goes back and forth so I decided to try using mcjholdon but I couldn't follow the instructions in relation to what I am trying to do. Has anyone else used this script...or maybe Casual, are you there?
