Problem With Forum

Hello , Why I can't post on forum or sending message to a user ? or I can't even send a comment ?

I'm a pro guy but new to daz forums...

I'm a character designer and developer , I would love to help people and post some tutorials  , can you please explain why I am limited ?

Is the reason is that I'm not a paid customer and I'm using Daz free version ?

Please clearify becuz it's annoying

We understand it can be annoying, but we were getting dozens of spam threads at one point and had no real choice.
