CC Hole Hair: there's something wrong...

I'm new to this and I may have chosen the wrong way to say this:
there some geometry problem in "CC Hole Hair " model.
(see the image).
Something in the right nostril doesn't get properly texturized and remains grey.
Would you help me please or redirect to somebody who can?

What presets are you using? What render engine?
Tested on Genesis 8's Atlas, nothing changes if I increase SubD level and it's render engine independent.
What material presets are you using?
Turn the opacity of the highlights surface to 0.
