how do I make it visible online a model allowing you to rotate and resize it? I remember a plugin that allowed me ... but do not think I ever used and I forgot. In what format should I save a template to be visible? I would need instructions - step by step.

I don't think that is available any more, sorry.
migenius makes a plugin for google sketch that allows this functionality, it's used on the Sharecg.com website so it is either dedicated to models made outside of sketchup or it converts them for viewing.
How it works is would be a possible google search or a question for the sharecg forums.
There's also be licensing issues - DAZ allowed the technique with the plugin that was available, but there isn't blanket permission for this kind of thing in the EULA.
it was 3Dsom webexporter
I have used it recently for my showing own creations but did like hosting a few embeddable scenes on Artzone in old site using Daz content and miss that option.
