'Outdoor Fun Set' not downloading through DIM... FIXED!

I purchased 'Outdoor Fun Set' on the 8th and the DIM has still not downloaded it. >:(
Has anyone else had this happen? Is this a known issue or should I contact support?

    Same problem here, It doesn't appear in the DIM Ready to Download window ...
    I tried a lot of times, even tried to launch DIM download via the Product Library page... nothing
    The only thing I can do is a manual download of the Zip file.

    How are your filters set up? It's not flagged for DS 4.5 for some reason, so if you don't see downloads for DS 4.0, you don't see it.

    I too manually downloaded to my DIM downloads folder, not realizing the DAZ Studio 4.5+ tag was missing. I'll post a problem report.

    I had the same problem. Turns out, it's a PS file, so check your filters and check Poser 9+. It showed up for me after I did that.

    Thank you all for your replies. :-)

    The problem seems to be fixed now; without changing any filter options on my DIM.
    It must now be tagged for DS4.5.
