Submitted Ticket 2 days ago for refund..still waiting...

I purchased an item with the bonuses on tuesday then returned them as I found out you could get more than 1 item at the discount, so I went ahead and repurchased the returned items and still have not been refunded for the original order 2 days later. Last week I returned something on Sunday and Monday morning it had already been processed. I don't understand why the holdup this time. I need that refund to buy more stuff.....is it proper to submit another ticket on the first ticket to find out why the wait time or just keep waiting?
