Given the product has a "clay" type render showing individual elements and the toilet is not attached to anything, yeah, I'd deduce it can be repositioned.

Yeah, who "loves" their toilet inches away from the sink where they brush their teeth and wash their face?
It does seem oddly placed.
That is odd placement considering the counter directly behind it, but as for proximity to the sink, that is pretty normal in many apts in the U.S.
Maybe its a trashcan that looks like a toilet.
Yeah, when I saw it I thought... wow... you have to be able to move that toilet. Also, look at the wasted space above the cabinets to the right of the sinks. I'm not ranking on the product, though. If the toilet can be moved, I'm in. I like the guy's scenes. I just want to move the toilet to someplace that makes sense. :) Plumbing can be moved later.

There are a couple of places that make more sense for the toilet. What bothers me is the lack of a seat and a means to flush. Sitting on that narrow ceramic rim will be painfull fairly quickly.
I think that big silver square behind the lid is the flusher. The lack of a seat does seem to be a big issue.
I never noticed there wasn't a seat! I guess I was more fixated on the location. Maybe keep the lid closed?

I don't get it. I know it's your forum, but I asked a legitimate question about the toilet. Other people pointed out no seat. Why no seat? Can the toilet be moved? If not, can Tesla make a seat and reposition the toilet?

Most minimally sized fullbaths are in room 60" wide for the standard length bathtub and about 120" long and 96" high. In my bathroom and many other the toilet is only a foot or so away from the sink and a foot or so away from the tub/shower which is usually about 30" wide x 60" long. When my bathroom is remodeled I'm going to ask them to move the toilet though to the 24" or so of empty wall beside the door when it's opened (if there is room - I think there will be these new water saving models have smaller flush tanks) and the sink where the toilet used to be beside the tub/shower as that seems a more sensible way to arrange those. Depends on the costs they'll charge to do that though.
You can move it yourself back to either the Commons or maybe the DS forum. chick on the gear icon on your first post, then click on "Edit" on the screen on the left hand side you can change the Category and then click post to accept the edit
In the real world, most toilets are placed relative to the location of the stack. Anything is technically possible, but not everything is necessarily practical from a plumbing perspective. It is not like re-arranging furniture in a living room. Insofar as drains are concerned, everything must tie into the stack in most jurisdictions, both the drains themselves and the venting. Many potential difficulties are often hidden under the floor or within the walls. For example, relocating a fixture across a bathroom may involve cutting through the floor joists which will potentially weaken them and therefore require remediation. Etc. In the virtual world, of course, none of this matters unless we're particular.
Relative to the lack of a toilet seat, the really funny part is that, if you look closely, the back of the toilet bowl was actually modelled with two holes in it where a toilet seat would be mounted.
The seat will be released as an add-on?

Seriously, though.. it's a great bathroom scene except the toilet. Y'know, we get these E-mails about new things and I wanted to buy it. I'm sure everyone out there buys a lot of stuff. I do. (I have 27 Mousso characters!! 27!) I just can't buy this unless I can move the hopper (there's a reference for you). The seat? Hmmm.. it'd be nice, but I don't think I'm gonna render anyone squattin'.

maybe the person living there is very orderly - after every use they clean up the seat and put it back into one of the drawers?

I thought it would be cool for a simple thing. I'd use that new water product (if possible) to have water all over the floor.
Funny, I showed the scene to my wife. Immediately, "Why is the toilet against the cabinet?" Then, "Too close to the wall, too." "Did you buy it?"
"Nope. Same things you noticed, except it being too close to the wall."
"It's European, right?"
"Possibly."

I used to do a lot of visualisations of bathrooms when I worked for a design and build company.
I may be giving away some trade secrets, but if you go to the manufacturers sites they provide the 3D models of their products. Then it's just a matter of converting them to something DS or Hexagon will understand.

Thanks for that. I looked at those sites. So, basically I could create an account there and download the proper toilet and position it as needed (provided the existing toilet can be removed)?

i haven't bought this product - but as everything, there is a big chance you can hide the surfaces of just the toilet in the surface panel. unless the PA has generalized materials like for ex. "porcelain" for all parts like toilet, sink, tub etc, as some PAs do
