How come the required Rockstar Hair is not on sale, seems odd.

    Rockstar hair is older and the Toxic set for it is new and both products are made by different PAs.

    IIRC, Rockstar Hair was released during the PA sale. It's only recently off it's 2 week intro sale and is still listed as new (meaning it's been in the store less than 60 days).
