Animate2 changing Figure Pos after adding empty Block or Backing std Keys (Problem with char morphs)

FOUND THE PROBABLE CAUSE,....SEE CAPS AT END!!

I am trying for several days to get my head around this.

My figure is positioned on frame 0.BDSM with props, so positioning is important. Many rotations going on, also bending with limits turned off. The figure pivot point is 2 meters diagonal bottom right. Also the figure is at least 1 meter off from World 0()xyz

Strange things occur with animate2 now.

No animation.No keyframes.

Case1:

I simply add a new aniblock for my figure, and the position gets skewed towards the pivot point. roughly 10cms off now. Also slighty wrong angle.

I delete the still empty aniblock now. But positions still is shifted the 10cm.

Case 2:

I tried simple breathing animation only in Studio.4 simple keyframes for bending of waist/chest.Nothing more.Works.

I create animateblock from studio keys. Same result. Skewed towards the pivot point of figure. Animation still intact. I enter keyframemode in animate2 and restore figure position(or amply saved pos/preset) on frame 0.The position is ok again. (I tried both: clicking +key and not)

As soon as I go to next frame position is off again.Animation intact. No Matter what I try...off position stays. even going back to frame 0. Always loosing my position.

I have tried every combination. direct Copy/Transform to object POV...selecting morps/scale....selecting all bones in studio on frame 0, creating keyframes on key 0, or only creating the 4 keyframes for chest bend, and insert position keyframes in animate for all bones. asme result. Trying for several days. Even started fresh. Same strange behavior.

I read that figure scaling could cause that. very much looks that way for me. BUT my figure is always at 100% scale.

I think I found the error now.

IF I RESET MY FIGURESHAPE, I GET THE SAME SKEWING RESULT.It has to be the cause.

This has to be the cause.

Any Solution? Reposition is not an option, cause when I will add more animations and bake to animate2 it will cause more errors.

Also sidequestion: When creating aniblock from studio what is the difference (direct Copy/Transform to object POV)

Sadly the manual is offline from animate2. on gofigure.

  • Update: I kinda restarted from old file.

Same behavior occurred. I created empty aniblock, and figure got moved a few cms towards pivot point. I then deleted the empty aniblock, repositioned my figure again, and from then on it worked normal...even case 2 was now working.

Really strange. At least I can start with my first animation, but would love to know the cause. Maybe a newbie mistake from my part?

  • Update2:
As said: When adding empty aniblock, REPOSITION THE FIGURE, I can delete the block, bake animation, delete the emtpy aniblock, create a new one etc working.

BUT: When I save the project after I deleted the EMPTY aniblock, next time I open the project, the same behavior occurs. Only when I save the project with that EMPTY Aniblock, I can delete/create/bake without the moving of the figure towards the pivot point.

    WOOOW.
