Looking for help how to add muscle veins?

Hello!

I understand how to replace materials, replace bumps and add displacements ( somewhat ). I have M4 displacement maps and Vascularity. I thought I added them. But the veins do not appear on my figure? I tried messing with the adjustments to see if they would appear and still no dice. I have attached a pic to understand what I have done so far. Any help would be great! Thank you

Any bump/displacement changes will only show in a render. This is where the 'spot render' tool comes in very handy ;-)
