Trying to find this character

Hey guys!

I've been browsing for 1 hour now, trying to find this character (the girl) : https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-lorelle-gown

I've gone through every page of Genesis Female 8 character model, and no luck.

Should I just conclude that this character was made through the editor?

Really wish I could buy this model or commission it or something, as it truly reflects what I want.

    Arry by Sangriart on the Renderosity store. Though OOT does use two different characters for the example images, the first is she.
