Are there bones in the Melody Pigtail Hair tails?

Before I buy https://www.daz3d.com/melody-pigtail-hair-for-genesis-3-and-8-females and potentially have to ask for a refund, can anyone tell me if the movement of the tails is controlled purely by morphs or are bones included in the tails?
