Non-dforce clothing under dforce clothing - how to setup?

So for example I have a dforce coat and want the shirt under it to not poke through (or panties under a skirt, bra under a dress and so on).

What would the steps be to setup the non-dforce underclothing? I don't need the clothing under the dforce one to be fully simulated, just that it gets treated like the main figure

The dForce items should collide with the other garments, unless Visible in Simulation is off.

It should do that by itself, have you tried it?
