Refund and Platinum Club problem

Hi After I was partially refunded of an order, I was removed from the Platinum Club even though I am a member.

How to fix this?

    It is a common glitch. You'll need to file another support ticket so they can put you back in

    I don't know. It all depends on how backed up CS is. Could be fixed by tomorrow or it won't be till the end of the week.

    Also double check every now and then to see if you're fixed. I had it happen at the first of the month and it was fixed the next day. By the time CS got back to me they were showing me as already a PC member both in the store and on the forums.

    The store came back quicker than the forums though so you might want to refresh that every few hours just to check.

    DAZ office hours are closed for the day, so if you aren't fixed now then it probably won't be today
