Issues loading eye lashes with G8F default figure

Hello,

I've installed DAZ Studio 4.10 from the scratch and all the default available content including all Genesis 8 (both female and male).

When trying to load a default Genesis 8 Female figure got the popup error regarding the eye lashes (attached). However, the file is, definitely there in the correct path.

When i click OK the figure got loaded correctly but with the grey block on eyes of the figure.

Any tips to fix that ?

I am on MAC and using the content from the local NAS mapped to my macbook.

Normal way, using DIM.

If you right-click on Genesis 8 Starter Essentials in the Products tab of Smart Content the emnu should offer either Install or Uninstall - which does it have?

I see no Install/Uninstall options - please, see the capture

OK, that suggests something has gone wronf with the metadata - I've got a couple like that and am not sure what the proper response is (the brute force approach is to uninstall, then with DS working offline find the set in the products list of the content Library, right-click>Delete, and then go on-line to reload the metadata, and reisntall)

I've made a complete clean ( with complete deletion of libraries and uninstallation of both DS and DIM) reinstallation 3 times with the same effect.

Do you have other advice, please ?

No, this seems very odd. Unless anyone else has a sugestion I think you need to open a Technical Support ticket https://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us
