    @magdyabdelaal97

Kind of like asking how your can paint like Michelangelo. Where to start. This is not a recipe type task.

If you are serious you should consider learning the art behind these characters. It all comes from knowing and aquiring the skills to discern the anatomy of a face, how light responds on skin, and how to translate that to 3D and 2D art.
A professional course would be best, as it would be focussed and mentored. Something like :

    https://cgsociety.org/workshops/character-facial-sculpting#pricing

    https://www.thegnomonworkshop.com/tutorials/creating-hyper-realistic-characters-in-zbrush

These costs money, but a very good free art resource is Feng Zhu, it focusses on 2D concept art, but his techniques translate over to other area's easily.

Well from his instagram he uses Zbrush
From his Artstation profile has worked as Character artist
    in the Film industry:
2011 - 2016 Double Negative Visual Effects - 3D VFX Senior Modeller, 3D VFX Concept Artist
    2008 - 2011 Travellers Tales Warner Bros - 3D Artist
    2006 - 2007 Pixologic Zbrush Beta Tester
    2005 - 2010 Freelance 3D Artist.

IMHO it is not likely you will be actually able match his level
of Detail with Daz studio,IRay&canned Genesis models and store content.
but still you can make some good renders with Daz studio with practice.

As others have said, tools and knowledge are key. I remember several years ago reading about a character artist praised for his realistic skin renders. He talked about using as many as 5 to 7 layers to physically model the layers of the skin including blood vessels, fat layers, etc. And that of course required a special shader written to handle the calculations of how each of those layers contributes to sub surface scattering, transmission, glossiness, etc. etc. It's not a realistic goal with using tools like Daz Studio. Not unless you're willing to read a lot of doctoral level research papers on skin and light and digest some very deep math to understand them.

What is attainable is to try to get the best renders in the style that you're trying to achieve using the tools you have. Understanding how light and surface settings in Studio can affect your outcome can make a big difference. I always encourage people who want to get the most out of the renders to try to learn as much as they can about how their tools work. Don't just look for the "Ulitmatest Realist Bestest Skin Suface Settings Evah"! Learn what changing the subsurface scattering or transmission or dual globe glossieness does. Learn how to use combinations of lights (mesh, point, spot) to create the highlights and contrast you want in your image. Read some articles on photography and taking high fashion / artistic photos of people so you can learn the tricks they use when they frame and light their photos.

One tool I would recommend is V3Digitimes Ultimate Iray Skin Manager. It's basically a scripted tool which modifies all your skin settings on your model. While everything it does could be done manually, I've found that it is incredibly useful in being able to quickly experiment and see the results of the changes I'm making. If you can pick it up as the Skin Shading Bundle, which combines the Manager with V3's Skin Shading Essentials Tutorial, it will go a long way to getting you started on understanding what the settings on skin surfaces do and how they will affect your results.

You can see in the Gallery here that amazing results are possible. But there isn't going to be one tutorial which is suddenly going to turn your renders into those top quality images. You will need to learn more about how the settings on the tools you have will affect your images and then you'll be able to start rivaling those top artists.
