Price is changed?? How do I fix it??

I placed my order about 10 minutes after the rollover on Daz .... which my time is about 2:30 am.

The first is my order which shows what I paid.
Why did I get charged more, and can it be fixed??

File a support ticket and they will refund you the difference
Not to sound stupid but how dose one do that? Never had to before don't even know where to go.

Greetings,
At the top of the screen, go to 'Help', select 'Contact Us', from that click the 'Submit a Help Request' (Submit+) button. Fill out the information, selecting the Sales Support department. Your title can be 'Refund price difference on Teen Julie Starter Bundle', for example. Be polite, these folks are overworked and really nice.
It may take a few days, especially as _everybody_ who just bought TJ are going to be asking for refunds of the price difference, but you'll get it.

Does anyone know if the problem with getting dropped from the PC after filing a support ticket has been resolved?
I don't think it has been resolved, the bug isn't definite its random, so you take a chance - bit like Russian roulette.
I've had five or six support tickets in the past two weeks and have not been dropped from PC. When was this a problem?
