Tried to upgrade to daz 4.10 but program still says 4.5 when open..

[Tried to upgrade to daz 4.10 but program still says 4.5 when open.. Pretty much the title. Tried downloading it through the manager, didn't work. Installed 4.10 manually and it did install but the program itself still says 4.5. What did i do wrong?

    Please don't put salient information (or the whole subject) in the title only.

    If you had DS 4.5 isntalled it was presumably not through DIM, and so may not have used the saem folder as the new isntall of 4.10 - if you are using an existing shortcut that may well be pointing to the old install. If you use the Start menu entry, or go directly to the folder 4.10 isntalled to, does the right version launch?

    Actually 4.5 was installed through DIM. Nevermind i just uninstalled and reinstalled everything.. Thanks for the help and sorry about the title aha, i don't use forums much. Good day sir!
