Question about materials not working - Jungle Majesty

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Ive got a problem with materials for ​https://www.daz3d.com/jungle-majesty ;
Almost nothing load, could anyone check is they got the same mistake. Is there a channel to contact creators directly about this?

    It's made for the 3Delight render engine, and some of the materials presets are custom shader IIRC, so wont convert to Iray easily. What render engine are you using? Also because they are custom shaders they won't look right in the viewport, you need to render them. (They look white or grey).

    ahhh rendering method i see don't think about it, will try it  when ive got chance, tanks mate.
