What Happened to Universal3D;s TC2?

I had TC2 on my wish list and on 31 January put it and the V4 and M4 plug-ins into my cart. I came back a while later, and TC2 was gone from the cart. It was still on my wish list priced as free, but it would not ,ove to my cart. It now seems to be gone entirely from the store, so I'm left wondering, why buy the plug-ins?
