I don't have any info about the possibility of a new Daz cat, other than to say I'd like one, too, but since the mention of "9" stuff came up a couple of times, I'd like to share that I have it on good authority that we shouldn't be expecting a Genesis 9 any time soon, so that presumably means a new cat would be Cat 8.  (Source: Sickleyield's blog on DeviantArt.)
