Moving freely instead of in steps

Hello!

 

I don't know what happened, but when I try to translate a bone, I can only move it in steps of like 50 cm, not freely anymore.

I don't know what this is called, else I could have already googled how to disable this function.

How can I turn this behaviour off?

Go to the tools settings pane and uncheck snapping! There are three buttons for translation rotation and scale. You need to have athe universal tool selected.
