Having problems isolating head morphs

pwiecekpwiecek Posts: 1,582

I am trying to create an anthtopomorphic character using Toon Generations 2 Bucky (from Rendo). If I load the character, it looks alright

But I would like to be able to use a different body (Girl 7 for instance). I can dial the Bucky body out, but I still have the Toon body.

If I add  the Girl body its still not right

I can dial out Toon Generations 2 but the face gets ugly

I need a way to dial out the Toon Generations 2 body ONLY. In order to do this, I downloaded a Genesis 3 Head split deformer by Esemwy

I then used these instructions to create a Toon Generations 2 head and body morph using these two posts

I was able to create the morphs but when I apply the head morph, I get this

What I need to do is pull out the head morph without changing its position. Any Suggestions?

Well, I got it. The buck teeth are slightly large, but I can live with that.

In order to position the head correctly, do this berfore exporting the .obj

Load a default Genesis 3 Female & a Toon Generations 2 Female over top of one another.

Set the Toon Generations Age to 39.66 (The age of the bucky preset.)

Use the translate X & Y sliders in the parameters tab to Reposition Toon Genertations 2 so that her neck & the bottom of her head are in the same position as Gen 3 F.

Delete Gen3F (not necessary but it eliminates the clutter)

Follow the 2 tutorials shown above.

Head: Toon Generations 2 Bucky (Rendo)

    Body: Girl 7

    Texture: Cheetah Girl

  • Because you deleted your attachments after inserting the links the image are missing. You must leave the attachments in place as they are the source used for the in-line images. And, just to be safe, I will remind you to make sure your figures are clothes or shown in smooth shaded view if the images show the groin or, for females, the breast area.

Strange, I still see them. I probably won't repost them since I have a solution and they aren't really helpful if someone else wants to duplicate this. Unless someone asks for them.
