Can not submit a Support Ticket

I tried several times to submit a support ticket and I keep getting an error "403 Forbidden - Cloudflare"

And YES I am logged in.

Also your "Contact Us" button claims I can submit a help ticket or call. YET NO PHONE number is listed.

This is pretty frustrating as I am contacting to know WHY I was charged twice for my Premium Club membership Once yesterday and again today. I am now extended to Feb 08/2022!!!

Since I was already prepaid until 02/08/2020 I should not have been extended ONCE let alone TWICE.

I tried to submit a ticket several times and keep getting the above error. I've used it many times in the past.

Not too impressed with your help system. I understand there can be technical issues but not lhaving a phone number listed when you are indicating we can contact you via a phone is inexcusable.

Also why NO live CHAT option?

    Wow... I thought I should try once again to submit a ticket after posting this to the forum and the Help System now seems to be working.

    However I am still concerned that no phone number is listed when the Contact US button indicates we can phone. And a Live Chat would be nice.
