Assuming this is Daz Studio, go to Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File after your attemptt o import and scroll to the end to see if there are any helpful error messages.
While it does have the option to import a .FBX file, it's been my experience that there is an issue with the importer as I have never had one import correctly
at least 5 people have asked about FBX on this forum this last week
No DAZ studio sadly will inly import FBX it has exported itself, third party stuff you are out of luck
you need to get rigged things in by other means, either with grouping so you can use the content creation tools, some Collada file, dae will half work but rarely saves or you go via Poser 11 pro which has a working FBX importer and is the only other software DAZ studio can read the rigging from to any degree.
I have used FBX export from modo to go into DS - it used to let me bring edge weights across, but that has stopped working (in modo 10) even for a round trip. Rigging does seem to be tricky, but from what I've seen that applies to many applications.
I tried the view log file but no error appears when I try to import an fbx. I have the impression that everything that I import does not work for example if I export a figure Daz in .fbx it is impossible for me to re imported this figure in daz
Hi toevrard
I use fbx in Daz studio quite a bit, both exporting and re-importing from other applications, such as Motionbuilder with no issues. There are a couple of things you have to look out for. Daz Studio will only import fbx files that use the fbx sdk from 2014 or earlier (this is what it uses to export). If you have files from Maya, 3ds max or Motionbuilder from 2015 on, they might be exporting out with the sdk from these versions, which Studio will not read and it will come up exactly as you described (I'm currently using mobu 2018, and I have to save it as an earlier version to use it in studio)
There are also two versions of fbx files, ASCII and binary. Studio has issues sometimes with the ascii files, so both of these issues can be part of your problem
hi, i try to export a genesis 8 with fbx binaire 2014 but when i try to re importe in daz nothing happen , but if i do the same thing whit .dae or .obj the import is successful
What version of Studio are you using? Here's a small video that shows that it exports https://bryan_steagall-hotmail.tinytake.com/sf/MzI4OTM4OF85ODQ3ODM0
My export was done with 4.10.0.123, and you might want to check that your plugins are enabled.. see screenshot

Apparently there was no error importing my .fbx but, I can not find it inside the DAZ.

Do you mean in the DAZ|Studio Viewport? Does something appear in the Scene pane list?
Two possibilities which occasionally bite me when importing other file formats; either all surfaces in the object are transparent, or the import came in at the wrong scale (either microscopically tiny or astronomically huge).
