Is there a fix for Michael 4 base figure?

Again, I need the M4 base figure and again I can't remember where it is.

I own it.

Found it a while back with someones help.

Can not find it again.

He refuses to show up in smart content or content library

 

He needs to be updated so that he shows up in smart content.

Until then, anyone know where to pull him up?
