Wonder why there is no product showing in the Library.

As showing in below picture, I tried Google Chrome and IE, same result, nothing showing in the product library, from day one I came to this DAZ site till today, about half month, everytime is like this.  Anyone can tell me what happened?

Do you have products you can download in other ways, just not through the Product Library page?

Judging by the white symbol at the top-right of the screenshot it looks like you are not fully logged in to your account?

Well spotted Melanie.    There are actually 2 different softwares on the site,  The main one (Mageto) runs the Store, Customer Accounts, Wishlists and Gallery etc, the other only runs the forums.   They do have separate log ins, although the logins work on the same name and password.

This is why I am often advising people to log in on the front page of the site, as that log in will sync both sets of software, so you will only need the one log in.

Thanks for above your answers, believe that's the reason.

BUT, it generates another question, everytime I go to the main page, and click the top right avatar to log in, it only adds a # in the weblink, nothing happened, no where to input username and so on. Click, #, click, click, no change.  I have no word to describe my breaking heart ....

same thing happened, home, shop, technology, galleries, all just add a # after click login, only forums can be logged in, but can not keep log in when shift to shop.
