File->Open Recent

When I was using the beta of 4.6.1.17 there was a File->Open Recent menu choice. Once that version was released and I installed it I loaded an exported save of my menus to get my Scripts menu back the way it was and I lost the Open Recent option.

I've looked all through the Customize window and I can't find any way to add that back to the file menu. Is there any way for me to get this option back without restoring my entire UI and rebuilding?

If there's not is it possible to copy the UI from my Mac version (which I just had to rebuild since I did a re-install) over to my PC as it has both my custom Scripts menu as well as the standard File menu with Open Recent?

If you go to Scripts\Utilities and run Update and merge Menus you will get the new menu entries without losing your custom actions, though they will be reordered.

I tried it and it sort of worked. Got the Open Recent menu back but lost the Scripts menu completely but all of my custom actions were still in there. I just had to add a scripts menu to Main Menu and then drag and drop all of my scripts.

The good news is that now my scripts menu is more organized :)

That's odd, it worked for me without disturbing the Scripts menu or the custom actions in my Select menu. It does remove non-custom actions from menus that don't usually have them, but now you have a new version of DS with a refreshed menu structure the menus should update in future.
