Ancient Prophecies - Missing Glyphs?

I purchased Ancient Prophecies (SKU 14977) but I am unable to see the glyphs shown in the promo images (https://www.daz3d.com/ancient-prophecies). The walls are there but no glyphs appear on them.

Is there a guide for the use of this product? I was unable to find documentation for the product.

The glyphs and carvings are done using displacement maps that won't show in the preview, but will in the renders.
