Merging body pz2 files

Ive deleted and reinstalled DAZ and all my content a few times now and the program is still not injecting the body morphs to any of my characters but will inject the faces and they are both the same file type............ suggestions?

Which figure? How did you install the content? Do you have the required products (it could be you have the head morphs but not the body morphs, for example)?
