Exporting stonemason´s scene with FBX or OBJ+MTL

Hi guys,
I need some help..

I am trying to export Stonemason warehouse scene.
I gave up using OBJ format cause I would have to load all the textures manually, so I tried fbx.

The problem is that all the objects move to weird locations and I would have to reassemble the scene.
Does anyone knows some trick so the objects would stay in place while exporting? Grouping does not work, Can daz do things such as putting all the geometry in the same local space (combine the objects as if they where 1)?.
I have license of Maya 2008 home, 2013 at work, and blender, the very same problem happens in all of them, so I guess this is an exporting error..

I am not very familiar with Daz studio, and don't find an answer in the documentation.
Could anyone give me a hint?

OBJ should have textures, try collecting maps in options
reimport it as one obj then FBX export that
parenting does not work in Daz studio 4 FBX export a gripe I have too and I resort to DS3A and my FBX plugin not an option for a new user as no longer available.

Thank you so much, it worked!

I exported as obj, made new scene, import obj back, and export once again as fbx. The file loads in Maya.

You saved the day, many thanks! :D
