transfer utility template selection locked

in New Users

hi, i imported a clothing mesh i created in blender and used the transfer utility on it. the output fits the figure but during the process the template selection box was locked.

 

What did I do wrong?

    I'm not sure what you mean. Is this when you are specifying options at the beginning?

    i can select source and target, and afaik the advanced options but that box is locked.

    What is the source figure? The templates available vary, perhaps there simply aren't any.

    Hi, the source figure is Genesis 3.

    Well, you should have some template options for that. How did you install? Is the Content Management System running (to populate Smart Content, and the Categoriees and Products lists)?

    HI, I've had some problems with the content management system being 'unavailable' or something similar.  That would affect things? Are the templates in files, or in the figure? Or somewhere else? UPDATE: I just tried it and today it works.  Guess it was either my error or some kind of run time issue. Thanks for the assistance.

    Yes, the list of templates does need the CMS to be working.
