I have searched the forum but can´t find an exact answer.
At the moment I have two 1070 ti cards.
One of them was damaged and i received a completely new card with guaranty.
Now im thinking about selling this one and buying a new RTX 2070 ( no ti) for a roundabout 350€ update.
So how much faster would a 1070 ti + 2080 be instead of 2 x 1070 ti´s in Daz 4.11
Will there be any conflicts with a GTX and an RTX Generation card?

It depends whether you mean now or in the future. Please see my thread here concerning RTX and the recent NVIDIA Optix 6.0 release. Otherwise there's no conflict between the two cards at all but when RTX is integrated into the iRay codebase, you'll get such a boost from having a 2080/2070 you'll probably be able to sell the other 1070 Ti (or just use it to drive your monitors).
There is a thread where folks post their results for various cards; that offers a decent comparrison. This is providing that there are enough posts about your particular cards.
Speculation on what might be achievable when promised features become available, while interesting, is a poor way of deciding on what product to buy.
It isn't really speculation is it. It's simply a question of the time period the OP has in mind for the upgrade after that. If he's anything like me it's 3 - 4 years. If an RT implementation drops in 12 months, he'll be kicking himself. I think there's 0% chance it won't happen. I mean be serious for a moment.
