Making Poser's Andy work with a Genesis 8 pose

I would like to get Poser's Andy to work with a Genesis 8 pose. It wouldn't have to be exact, just close enough where I could adjust it to fit. 

I really don't know where to even start. If anybody has any direction I would really appreciate. I am happy to get as technical as it takes.

The only thing I can think of might be to transfer the rigging from G8 to Andy. Never done it, so you might just have to google "transfer rigging in Daz Studio" to find tutorials
