How are you saving it out of Photoshop?
If you are using the Wavefront OBJ format, it usually creates a .MTL file along with the .OBJ, which contains the texture information. I am not sure how this would work in Photoshop, does it create a UV Map of the texture?
I am exporting by choosing export 3d layer and saves it as an OBJ.
It does create a MTL file but it don't follow when I import into Daz. Don't know if it makes a UV map.
Maybe i am importing it wrong, So maybe a little help about importing :)
Both the OBJ and the MTL file are in plain English (text). Have a look at the MTL file, and what it is trying to load (if anything).
If there is a JPG or other 2D image file saved along with it, it should be available, and you could load that into the Diffuse channel in DS on the Surfaces pane. If there is no image file saved that the MTL file can access, then the chances are that it is not UV Mapped, and you will only be able to use shaders or diffuse colours inside DS.
