Environment map - settings?

Explain me please whuch settings I have to change to pose the environment map more naturaly - now the house looks like is flying in the air.

PS. I read the documentastion but being dump and such still cannot understand what they mean. I also read this tutorial https://www.deviantart.com/raxatech/art/Tutorial-HDR-Environments-in-Daz-Studio-588942586 but it only explains about the rotation and the radius.

Highlight the house in the Scene Tab and use Ctrl/D (Windows) to drop it to the ground. Then go into the Environment and set the Ground to Manual and see how that works.

Only the top item in the scene dropped no matter I highligted all the items. Is there a way to drop all the items in the scene list at once?

Edit: Tried to Ctrl-D each item one by one but the scene got messed:-(

Highlight the house and right click on it and in the drop down menu choose open all children and make sure everything is highlighted then Ctrl/D.

I think your problem is not the model, but the HDRI you are using. try one with ground included and rotate to different angles

Yep, looks like this is the reason. the 1st one was JPG and the second is HDR, but the above mentioned tutorial says JPG is OK too.

Edit: It appears the problem is in the Dome Radius setting. I put it from 100 to 50 and the house jumped in the sky. In this case is there a way to make the nearby house closer? Those zillions of coordinate sliders should mean something, no? And it seems there is no way to change the K temperature of the environment map?
