Parachute effect in dForce?

I am interested in developing an animatoon where a girl jumps out a window, and her skirt functions like a parachute to slow down her descent to the ground.
Is there any way to make a skirt function like a parachute using dForce?

I think you'd need to use dForce Dyhanmic Add-Ons, a loop around the skirt or (using Rob's sample script in the public Build) a series of polylines linking opposite edges - otherwise, as with real life, the skirt would tend to bunch up with the wind (that shot of Marilyn Monroe's skirt being blown up over a steam vent took a lot of staging, from the discussions I recall).
Where can i get Rob's sample script? And is it free?
Also, can the dForce Dynamic Add-Ons be purchased, and if so, link please?
A simple way to acheive this might be to create a sphere that is invisible in the render, animate it to travel through the cloth then render the frame where the desired effect is acheived

An add-on is a secondary figure or prop designed to reinforce or modify a standard dynamic item.
