Node Export Issue

I've asked about this problem before, a few months ago, but still haven't found a resolution. In certain instances, when I attempt to export a scene to FBX and load it in Blender, Maya, Unity, etc. nodes are scattered all over the place. Someone suggested I lock the object nodes, but that didn't do anything, even when exporting those. So does anybody know what the fix is here? Thanks in advance!
