Daz Install Manager not seeing purchases

Hello,
I have noticed that the Daz Install Manager does not seem to see some of the products that I have purchased when I try to use it to install them. I have refreshed the Install manager windows and even restarted the program with no luck. Even after I manually install the products the Install Manager doesn't see them as being installed even though they show up in DazStudio. These products are not too old and are made for both the G3 and G8 characters.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

DIM won't see manual installs, it goes by the .dsx files it creates in the Manifests folder (not the ones in the Downloads folder). The first thing to check is the Download Filters box, which you can launch from the Ready to Download tab.
Thank you for the reply Richard. I have checked the Download Filters box and made sure that everything related to DazStudio was checked but still no luck. I am puzzled because some of the items that DIM can't see are hair sets by OutOfTouch (e.g. Double Tails Hair) while it does see others. I have tried checking and unchecking the "DisplayHidden" check box on the Ready to Download tab also with no effect.
Do you have Connect Installed checked? Have you checked they aren't in the ready to Install tab?
I am not sure what you mean by Connect Installed checked but DIM has been working for the vast majority of my purchases so it seems to be set up properly. Interestingly, Double Tails Hair has shown up this morning under the Ready To Install tab despite the fact that it has never showed up under the Ready To Download tab so I don't know how it was downloaded. However I am glad that I could now install it properly. But the problem is not fixed as there are still items that I purchased that still do not show up under any of the tabs in DIM.
Connect Installed is one of the options in the Download Filtrs list - as is Connect Available, which definitely should be checked if you use DIM as your preferred method.
Both of those are checked but items are still not showing up.

Can you give us one of th eproducts, in case someone has it and can check there setup.
One thing you should be able to do is download the zip from your Product Library page and place it in the Downloads folder.
