Short cut for Active Pose Tool

I had a short cut set when I was using the Active Pose Tool so that I could freeze a body part in place. I chose Shift F (for freeze) but it's not working anymore and I need to reset it. But I forgot how I set it in the first place. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Window>Workspace>Customise, find the command on the left, right-click on it, Assign Keyboard Shortcut (from memory), press the desired combo.

    I'm an idiot. It wasn't Shift+F it was just F. For gods sake. Thank you for the directions though. I'll try to remember that the next time I want to set a shortcut :P
