Environment is black on Iray preview

My 3D Spin

I have the public Shower Environment and when i load the set (Iray) its totally black?

Long time ago i know i have got some good renders with this set.

There is a Sky included in the set and i tried hiding it but it was still black.

Not sure if this will help but at the top of the screen: [Window] tab and turn "preview lights" off

EDIT: sorry nevermind what I said... I just realized you said "Iray Preview" mode in which case I'm not sure what the problem is as long as you have it set to "Dome and Scene" and have adequate scene lighting and/or an hdri dome selected.

I tried changing Preview light as well but that wouldent effect the Iray prview anyway

The only two things I can think of are 1) is your camera "inside" something like a wall, one of the shower risers, etc., or 2) possibly closing DS an restarting it will fix the issue??

Its not on a camera its the perspective view! Ane even if i move around it stays black

Right now the Lighting Pack for Public Shower is free. Have you tried grabbing that and seeing if it's a lighting thing?

Have you tried other scenes to make sure the issue is with the Public Shower set and not something else in Studio?

Does it render okay and it's just the preview? (If so, try resetting the Draw Settings for Iray to their defaults)

In your Render settings, do you have it set to "Dome and Scene" or some other lighting selection?

I had same issue, just remove PS_SKY from scene
